Refund Policy

Because your name or brand may be published to our website before your refund request, we cannot offer any refunds. If there is a spelling error or typo in your name or handle, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We take your privacy and personal information seriously and Flexx List will never sell or provide your personal information to others.

Payment Policy

To prevent credit card fraud, Flexx List may ask for you to verify information on your order before publication. Your valid phone number is required to place your order also in an attempt to reduce fraud. 

Why is the Flexx List so expensive?

The Flexx List is not intended for the average consumer. The list may be out of reach for most, but for those who can afford it, it's a sign of their achievement. If you can't afford the Flexx List now, check out our sister company Bid Flexx.

Will I receive a physical product?

No, you will not receive any physical item. You are paying to get your name or Instagram handle published to this website and our Instagram. This is intended as a means to gain clout or brand equity.

Will you publish any name or company name?

Flexx List reserves the right to deny any name or business name if it deems it offensive, vulgar, derogatory, or harmful to our brand. If The Flexx List decides your name or handle is unacceptable, we will provide you the opportunity to change the requested name. If The Flexx List is unable to reach a consensus on an acceptable name with a customer, The Flexx List reserves to refund a customers order, and a 5% processing fee will be withheld in this case. If you want to determine if your name or brand is acceptable before placing your order, please go to our Contact Us page and submit your request to us there.

Can I pay with Shop Pay Installments?

Because we want to protect customers who may not be able to afford our service, we do not currently accept Shop Pay Installments. If you must pay this with installments, this product is not for you.
